Warranty statement for LEDtronix, LedGen Electronics, Payne Electronics and imported products.

LEDtronix warrants products manufactured or imported to be free of defective materials or workmanship as outlined below.

Scoreboards manufactured prior to 01/01/96 carried a 10 year warranty and are now out of warranty period.

Scoreboards manufactured from 01/01/96 and prior to 01/07/06 carry a 15 year warranty. LEDtronix will honour these warranties.

Products manufactured by LEDtronix from 01/07/06 carry various warranty periods as outlined below.
All fixed indoor scoreboards, clocks, timers and displays 10 years
All portable indoor scoreboards, clocks, timers and displays 3 years
All fixed outdoor scoreboards, clocks, timers and displays 3 years
All portable outdoor scoreboards, clocks, timers and displays 1 year
All cabled control consoles 3 years
All portable control consoles 1 year
All other goods (unless otherwise stated) 1 year

Imported products

All graphic and video screens, indoor and outdoor 1 year
All moving message signs, indoor and outdoor 1 year
All screen and sign control systems 1 year

Some products or components manufactured by other parties and sold by LEDtronix carry the manufacturers warranty (usually 1 year) only unless otherwise stated.

ALL warranties will be voided by misuse, damage, improper installations and weather damage.
Warranty claims are subject to a fair wear and tear assessment.
Warranties are RETURN TO BASE, e.g. freight paid to and from LEDtronix, Adelaide.

On site warranty work could incur travel and other charges.
On site service calls for work other than warranty related work will incur travel, time AND component charges.
Service work performed in our premises will incur time and component charges only.

Freight will be charged if not provided by the customer.

Proof of purchase showing customer name, product model/description and purchase date must be provided if requested.
